Tasks:
  1. Identify current and prospective staffing requirements
  2. Prepare and post notices and advertisements
  3. Collect and screen applicants
  4. Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
  5. Review candidate inventories
  6. Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews
  7. Recruit graduates of colleges, universities and other educational institutions
  8. Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates
  9. Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers
  10. Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
  11. Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
  12. Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training
  13. Provide information or services such as employee assistance, counseling, and recognition programs
