Director, Technical Solutions to shape, deliver, and integrate products that transform customer experience for our Insurance Client Director, Technical Solutions to shape, deliver, and integrate products that transform customer experience for our Insurance Client Type: Permanent/Full-time Responsibilities: ·Responsible for delivering business value through strategies, vision, and execution plans aligned with overall Canada Technology strategy and business direction. ·Key change agent for the organization and will act as a formal and informal advocate for new ways of working thinking and collaborating. ·Primary mission is to shape, deliver, and integrate products that transform customer experiences. ·Needs to integrate our evolution with existing business groups, functions and systems, and must ensure that all rollouts optimize and work within the complexity of our existing business and processes. ·Plays an important role leading teams through the process of designing and developing solutions that solve business problems and capture value, ensuring both creativity and relevance. ·Responsible for constant research, market sensing, idea generation and intake of new ideas. ·Lead a group of teams and own a portfolio of future opportunities that offer clear quantified business value to the organization (through additional revenue, expense saving, and/or brand equity growth). ·Ensure each team is focused on the right projects and that their backlog of proposed features unlocks the largest aggregate value – constantly assessing the marginal benefits of further product development vs the initiation of new projects. ·Constantly pivoting to ensure organizational alignment and meet competitive demands. ·Use dynamic leadership to work with partners throughout the organization and to lead product teams that are focused on innovation, entrepreneurial spirit, growth, and success. Must Haves: ·10+ years experience in owning and delivering products (Ideally In relevant industry)·Experience implementing "Best Practice" approaches in strategy, transformation and change management. ·Acquired experience in multinational companies , preferably developing the strategic framework all the way to delivering innovative ideas and products and executing in the brand organizations. ·Successfully demonstrated, analytical and conceptual knowledge and a highly efficient and structured work method. ·Ability to communicate effectively in multiple business areas (e.g., marketing, sales, finance, operations, technology). ·Successfully worked in complex business areas. #J-18808-Ljbffr
