- Assist staff with administrative or technical problems
- Develop action plans, provide expertise in response to client needs, and support and advise project teams
- Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of establishments that provide services to business
- Represent the company within various economic and social organizations
- Provide customer service
- Plan, set up and administer accounting systems
- Develop and maintain cost findings, reporting and internal control procedure
- Prepare income tax returns from accounting records
- Negotiate for services and preferential rates
- Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
- Prepare tax returns
- Prepare financial information for individuals, departments or companies
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and administer contracts and other documents
- Ensure accuracy and compliance to accounting standards, procedures and internal control
- Provide financial, business and tax advice
- Prepare income tax
- Organize conferences and meetings

- Master's degree
- or equivalent experience
Experience
- Accounting and tax: 5 years (preferred)
