Position: Logistics Coordinator

Location: Vaughan, ON

Salary: $55,000 - $58,000 yearly

Industry: Manufacturing / Shipping / Logistics / Customer Service

Employment Term: Full Time / Permanent

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Coordinating and preparing shipping documents, utilizing company ERP system.
2. Coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders to schedule pick up of goods.
3. Provide tracking and delivery information.
4. Negotiate pricing with external freight forwarders.
5. Assist customers with inquiries as required by email or phone.
6. Process and follow up on returns.
7. Communications between internal and external teams.
8. Responsible for covering reception when required.

Qualifications & Experience:

Post-Secondary Education: A definite asset

Experience: 3 - 5 years LTL shipping experience

Skills: Excellent customer service skills, excellent written & verbal communications, demonstrated project management / coordination skills, strong problem-solving skills, ability to work both as an individual and in a team environment, experience with MS Office
