Job Description

The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) – Saskatoon and University Saskatchewan, Department of Medical Imaging, Division of Radiology seek a Pediatric Radiologist who will also participate in general radiology. The Pediatric Radiologist will work collaboratively with the diagnostic team in the diagnosis of illnesses, injuries and diseases for the children of Saskatchewan.

Saskatchewan is home to the newly built Jim Pattison Children's Hospital. The hospital offers state-of-the-art equipment and facilities for children, mothers and families from across our province. Centrally located on the University of Saskatchewan campus, our new children's hospital offers neonatal intensive care, pediatric intensive care, general pediatrics, pediatric emergency and ambulatory services. Maternal services include labour and delivery, antepartum and postpartum care. The 176-bed facility provides the highest quality of care and places Saskatchewan at the forefront of research and innovation.

The successful candidate will perform diagnostic imaging within the Jim Pattison Children's Hospital, the Royal University Hospital and associated clinics.

The successful candidate will have appointments in both the SHA and the University of Saskatchewan.

This is an independent contractor position, therefore, benefits are the responsibility of the successful candidate.
