Title: Marketing Manager

Summary:
Our award-winning client is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team. This role requires a strategic marketing leader to oversee all aspects of marketing for multiple brands. The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading a marketing team, managing cross-functional partnerships, and driving measurable results across various marketing channels.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and inspire a talented marketing team, overseeing E-Commerce, Brand Marketing, and Design.
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive sales, brand awareness, and customer loyalty across multiple brands.
• Manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and campaign effectiveness.
• Leverage your digital marketing expertise to plan and execute impactful campaigns across paid advertising, email marketing, and social media.
• Craft compelling content strategies to enhance Google ranking, drive organic traffic, and increase brand engagement.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to optimize online presence and attract relevant customers.
• Build and manage strong relationships with third-party vendors, PR agencies, and influencers.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing success and make data-driven decisions.
Required Qualifications:
• A post-secondary degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in digital brand management.
• Proven leadership experience (5+ years) with a collaborative and results-oriented approach.
• Strong proficiency in SEO, E-Commerce, Email Marketing, and Google Analytics.
• Experience with social media analytics platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A passion for consumer goods and a strong understanding of the industry (a plus).
