Schedule: Various Days/ afternoons/ overnights, Books offs replacements.

Location: Brantford( Various sites)

Hourly pay rate : $19.38- $22.00 / Hour Depending on the site

What does a Security Guard in Brantford do?

Ensuring the protection of people, assets, and property

Monitoring CCTV- Video surveillance

Conducting preventive surveillance rounds

Removing trespassers and vagrants

Providing First Aid when necessary

Point of contact with authorities and emergency services (Police, Fire and Medical)

Interior and exterior patrol of site.

Responding to emergency situations.

Dealing with difficult individuals and situations.

Interaction with Police, Fire and Medical teams.

Report writing

Working in both an indoor and outdoor environment for long periods of time.

Qualifications to become a Security Guard in Brantford

A valid security guard license and first aid card

Ontario G or G-2 Drivers License would be considered an asset

Have a clear criminal background

Be eligible to work in Canada

A minimum of 1 year of security experience.

Ability to complete all company and site training including Use of Force- Handcuffing and Baton
