Occupational Health and Safety Pinchin is seeking a motivated individual to support the Occupational Health and Safety team in Richmond, BC as a Project Coordinator. Join our growing Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) team. The OHS division provides integrated solutions to construction, industrial, commercial, and manufacturing clients who require support in assessing and implementing various health and safety and industrial hygiene programs in their workplace. The combined skills of our industrial hygiene and safety professionals, their diverse backgrounds in safety assessments, auditing, program development and worker exposure surveys provide our clients with a team recognized as leaders in the field. As a Project Coordinator you will work on a variety of projects such as: fire, life, and safety audits/assessments, construction site inspections for safety compliance, noise and air monitoring occupational hygiene assessments, confined space evaluations, developing various occupational health and safety programs and procedures, and development of chemical exposure control plans/procedures. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for: Assist Project Managers with proposals and project budgets Conduct on-site assessments and audits, and complete reports Conduct or manage occupational hygiene surveys CIH/ROH/CRSP/CSP or actively working towards certification an asset Consulting or project management experience is an asset Excellent communication skills, professional presentation, and technical expertise Proven writing skills and a high level of attention to detail Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license required for lower mainland travel (all reimbursable) Ability to work weekends and evenings on occasion Our employees enjoy mentoring and career development programs, opportunities for community involvement including many environmental initiatives, a casual dress code, paid personal days, three weeks' paid vacation to start, reimbursement for association membership dues, wellness spending account, social activities, team building events, corporate hotel rates and much more!
