We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Maintenance and Parts Team Lead to support maintenance operations and parts management.Maintenance:Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize productivity. Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and longevity. Provide hands-on support and guidance to the maintenance team as needed. Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance-related needs and priorities.Parts Management:Oversee inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels of critical parts and supplies. Manage vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of parts. Forecast costs related to parts procurement and maintenance activities. Forecast and manage capital expenses related to parts inventory and procurement. Lead the parts management team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective operations.Some experience in maintenance operations and parts management, with team lead experience nice to have. Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with maintenance processes and equipment.
