Specific Responsibilities include: Collection of accounts receivable to ensure customers meet payment terms. Coordinate a portfolio of customers ensuring that KPI's related to credit and collections are met on a weekly basis. Investigating payment discrepancies in the credit portfolio, as well as addressing actions to resolve issues. Investigate credit worthiness of new and existing accounts. Review and analyze customers' accounts to detect payment trends and determine adequate collection actions. Communicate with customers to convey information regarding overdue account balance. Develop a close working relationship with multiple department to achieve improvements and resolves issues in customer support and payment processing. Our Ideal Candidate will possess: Bilingual in English/Spanish. College Diploma in Business Administration or demonstrated experience in an office environment, a combination of skills, education and experience may be considered; High level of problem-solving skills, Detail oriented with a passion for working with numbers and details, Ability to manage in a multi-task environment, Adaptability skills, Excellent interpersonal skills, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Ability to maintain confidentiality, Advanced Excel skills, specifically a proficiency in VLOOKUP and pivots Experience with TMW and Great Plains is considered an asset.
