Test Electronic Technician (Temporary to Permanent) Our client has representatives and warehouses all across Canada. They are a manufacturer and distributor of fire alarms, security systems, automation building solutions and more since 1991. We are looking for amazing, hardworking staff to work in their second largest building in Canada! What You Will Be Doing, as a Test Electronic Technician: # Testing of electronic devices and assemblies. # Repairing of electronic devices and assemblies. # Provide technical support as required. # Responsible for visual inspection, hand soldering, cutting leads and working with various hand tools to produce quality circuit boards. # Use torque drivers for installing parts onto circuit board for final assembly. # What You Should Have, as a Test Electronic Technician: Being Bilingual is an asset but English must be your first language for this role. ~ 2 years of practical experience in the testing and repairing of electronic assemblies. ~ Surface mount soldering skills. 14 per hour ~ Paid weekly, every Friday. ~ Opportunity for permanent hire ~Access to a Vertical Representative Monday to Friday 8am to 11pm and on weekends. The Shift You Will Be Working is: Day shift – Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm ½ Where You Will Be Working, as a Test Electronic Technician: This may be bus accessible to some.
