SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER As a Senior Account Manager, you are a highly organized professional with an ability to manage a large portfolio of customer accounts; you pride yourself on superior customer service abilities and sales skills. This role requires social and interpersonal skills to foster and build productive, professional relationships while maintaining and growing your client base. Senior account managers are strategic thinkers, innovative and driven to continually exceed assigned sales targets. You enjoy the challenge of growing your existing client base and finding new and creative ways to accomplish your individual and corporate goals. A post-secondary technical degree or college diploma from an Electrical or Mechanical discipline and/or 5 years of experience in a strategic professional sales environment is preferred. Experience with Electric Motors, Variable Frequency Drives and Industrial Control Products. Previous Industrial Sales experience is desirable. Excellent presentation skills to deliver technical information to clients. Proficient in data entry and reporting functions as required for opportunity updates in the CRM system and completing monthly sales reports. Proven skills in client negotiations and relationship management. Demonstrate ability to communicate both verbally and in writing. PC proficiency in MS Office programs, including MS Dynamics CRM. You willestablish productive, professionalrelationshipsand maintain your client base to meet your assigned sales targets. Account Manager focus is primarily directed towards the senior management level at End Users, Distribution Partners, Engineering & Consulting Firms and Original Equipment Manufacturers in your area of responsibility. Coordinate involvement of companypersonnel including inside sales, support and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations. Complete strategic customer account plans that meet company standards and goals. Negotiate terms of sale within authority limits. Update, maintain and close opportunities in the CRM tool on a consistent basis to maintain accurate and current opportunity information. Provide market, industry and competitor feedback when required.
