Look no further as the Davis Automotive Group has the perfect position for you. We are looking for a customer-focused individual to join our Call Center team as a Part-Time Customer Care Consultant ! Don't let the words "Call Center" scare you...you will not be making cold calls but rather working with our existing customers to book service appointments and take inbound calls.

In this role, you will be required to work a 32-hour work week to start and there is potential to increase to full-time in the future if desired. Your regular shifts will be scheduled anywhere between the hours of 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. You will also be required to work the occasional Saturday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm on a rotational basis. You can expect to make between $17 and $20 per hour, depending on experience.

Job Duties:

• Manage inbound and outbound phone calls for our dealerships.

• Contact customers to arrange service appointments.

• Answer online chats, website and email inquiries.

• Enter, confirm and track customer information in our database.

• Other duties as required.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• You have exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to assist our customers with their needs.

• You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you will be required to work within and navigate through multiple software systems.

• You are a team player who takes the team's needs into account and also has the ability to work independently.

• Previous call center, customer service, sales experience, or auto industry experience is an asset.
