Job Summary: Seeking a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to identify, qualify, and nurture leads for our products/services. Responsibilities include prospecting, lead qualification, database management, and collaboration with sales/marketing teams to meet targets.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential leads.
• Cold calling Electrical Contractors for potential business.
• Utilize various channels for lead generation.
• Qualify leads and maintain database accuracy.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing teams.
• Monitor performance and provide insights for optimization.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in lead generation/sales.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience with CRM and ERP software, but not preferred.
• Self-motivated and adaptable to change.
