As the Vice President, Personal Insurance Operations, you play a significant role in leading our team of personal insurance advisors. This will be done via multiple distribution channels, including our contact centre, community branch locations as well as our MGA, Colwood Insurance services (at least for the first few months to a year). Level 3 General Insurance License Nominee qualification an asset Minimum 7 years of front-line sales and service management Minimum 3 years of senior leadership Experience in contributing to strategic direction and implementing plans / actions as it relates to achieving overall revenue, profit, and employee engagement goals Experience collaborating with various business leaders and problem solving to maximize business performance - Passion for efficiency and optimizing resources is key Developing business plans that maximize revenue and profitability in all personal insurance distribution channels: Retail community branch offices (in-person) Participating as a key member of the senior management team, directly influencing the business priorities and strategies through leadership and insurance expertise Establishing and implementing short-term and long-term departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures alongside the COO Driving new business growth in conjunction with VP Sales-Personal Insurance by analyzing business performance metrics, market trends and assuming responsibility for the execution of client retention strategies Leading and working in collaboration with the VP Sales-Personal Insurance with both the establishment and execution of a service model strategy that will continuously elevate client experience across the various personal insurance channels Partnering with HUB's business leaders, key stakeholders, and the learning and development team, execute on strategies in retaining and developing talent Establishing, executing, communicating, and managing client experience strategy Executing consolidation strategies across HUB's PL teams and business channels Partnering on strategic sales initiatives with insurer partners in conjunction with VP Sales- Personal Insurance and PCMT leader.
