Position description
As Project Coordinator, you will work on both our American and Canadian data collection operations and will report directly to the Director, Customer Success while working and be working under general leadership of the Chief Operations Officer (COO).

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide effective communication to the team of Field Technicians, clients, and management
  • Help foster a positive work environment
  • Manage deliverables on many simultaneous projects of varying size and duration
  • Ensure both delivery and quality objectives are met
  • Deliver client-facing project kick-off and delivery meetings
  • Assist team members in providing guidance when required
  • Work toward established Key Performance Indicators
  • Provide reporting on team's workload and bandwidth
  • Diligently track project deliverables and project scope
  • Adhere to project budget and communicating status to management and clients
  • Work, collaborate, and communicate with the Team Leaders to ensure flawless project execution
  • Adhere to Continuous Process Improvement
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned

Education/Experience

  • Minimum two (2) years of business experience in a project coordinator role
  • College or BA degree is a plus
  • Project planning is a strong plus

Skills

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule to adjust to the needs of the business (may require rare evening and weekend work)
  • Detail orientated with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Has successfully demonstrated the ability to establish and maintain inter-personal relationships
  • Ability to perform and provide results in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Ability to adhere to established policies and procedures as well as analyze and communicate where efficiencies can be achieved
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, etc.) and facility to work with software tools
  • Experience with project management software such as Asana
  • Experience with ArcCollector or other surveying apps is a plus

Employment Information
The successful applicant will be working full-time out of our Montreal QC office and report to the Director, Customer Success. Position involves a potential pre-employment drug screening and back ground check. Applicant must be authorized to work in Canada. Only local candidates will be considered at this time.
