Adecco is currently hiring a temporary full-time highly organized Marketing Operations Coordinator in Toronto, ON. I n this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Location: Toronto, ON

Shift: 9:00am – 5:00pm

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end growth campaigns and execution which includes content creation, CRM calendar management and campaign set up.

Tracking performance of campaigns, updating dashboards and keeping the team informed.

Problem solve, troubleshoot, and partner with the team to successfully support high impact initiatives

Qualifications:

Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

1+ years experience working in CRM, Communications, Marketing Operations, or a general Operations role.

High attention to detail and strong process/project management skills

Proven drive to learn how to run analysis and getting insights from is

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL preferred

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment

Self-motivated, works independently and possesses strong organization and time management skills

Experience problem solving and proposing unique solutions to complex issues

Proven ability to balance multiple critical tasks and consistently delivering against hard deadlines

Experience building and executing complex processes
