We currently have an opening for a Bridge Project Manager in our Winnipeg office. In this position, you will lead bridge design projects and project teams, from inception to completion. You may also do project design as a secondary function. Projects may vary in scope and role, but specifically we are looking for an individual to take on our bridge projects. Working closely with our structural design team, the ideal candidate will pursue opportunities from the design and construction of new provincial, municipal, and community related structural infrastructure. You will liaise with clients and potential clients, manage budgets and schedules, and provide leadership and technical support. You will also step in to complete design work as needed in support of project teams, and to keep your design skills sharp. The ideal candidate is able to grow new business in communities throughout the region, is interested in advancing in their career, and is self-motivated and eager to take on new challenges. As part of the Winnipeg Bridges & Structures team, you will report to the Manager, Bridges & Structures in the Winnipeg Office. Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering or an associated discipline from an accredited post-secondary institution ~ 7-10 years of relevant experience in design, contract administration, and client relations, as related to structural infrastructure projects ~ Experience in project management ~ Experience in mentoring and training staff in a collegial environment ~ Proven track record of successful project delivery ~ A Master's degree in Structural Engineering is a preferred asset ~ PMP designation is a preferred asset ~ Possess a valid class 5 driver's license ~ Flexible working arrangements, including flex time and remote working options Competitive salary and benefits, including health coverage, dental coverage, use of our Employee and Family Assistance Program, and company pension program that matches your contributions.
