As leader of operations and manufacturing, and reporting to the co-CEOs/owners, you will exercise your significant operational muscles to bring efficiencies and new insights into current practices.
With at least ten years operational and manufacturing leadership in the food or beverage industry, you are prepared to take that next step requiring creativity, collaboration, and insight. You will lead a team of ten direct reports with hundreds of SKUs in a complex and dynamic manufacturing environment. Your can-do attitude and ability to see beyond the standard will serve you well.
This is a newly created role that will take on the existing operational responsibilities that the CEO now carries. The need is for an experienced operations director who can bring a fresh perspective and deep knowledge to strengthen the manufacturing while contributing to the culture of engagement and commitment across the organization through honed interpersonal management skills.
This position is full time and located in London, Ontario.

Leading the operations team in the production of short-run SKUs with rapid change-over and adaptation to custom orders
