The Lodge is a new apres ski, nostalgic pub in Hillhurst. We are looking for a new Chef to lead our team, grow our menu and continue to develop our brand.
We are looking for a strong, experienced Chef who is knowledgable and excited about building dishes and evolving a menu as we grow. Someone with at least 3 years experience leading a kitchen, who is comfortable in a busy environment and able to pivot and change last minute when it's required.
We're a fairy new place are looking for a Chef who is excited about the possibility of making the menu their own, growing a team and putting their own stamp on our menu, while also maintaining labour and food cost
