As part of a talented team, you will be responsible for delivering strategic, integrated media communication recommendations for many clients. This full-time role requires you to work as part of an integrated media planning team to ensure the product is grounded in insights and experience, resulting in flawless media executions.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to plan and execute multi-channel media recommendations (online and offline), including differentiating channel strategies.
  • Utilize and apply the agency's tool suite, industry research, and real-time performance data from the digital team to develop applied ideas and address clients' business challenges.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including client marketing teams, agency account creation and management teams, as well as Humanise's centralized financial services group.
  • Manage daily client relationships as a highly responsive and trusted partner for all initiatives.
  • Manage and supervise monthly budget control reports, the monthly billing process, and time management reports.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in media planning and daily client relations in the field of national advertising.
  • Experience with performance-focused clients who measure success based on digital transactions, performance, and agency team evaluation.
  • Knowledge of all forms of media, evenly distributed between offline and digital channels.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills in English
  • Understanding of the Canadian financial services industry is an asset.
  • University degree, preferably in advertising, marketing, or communications.

  • Annual salary of 90,000$.
