We are looking for a full-time HR Administration Specialist in Montreal to help support our growing team in Canada! This person will provide administrative support to several functional areas of Human Resources such as benefits, onboarding, and legislation requirements. This role is a 1-year maternity leave replacement contract. Administer the company benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement services and leave practices. Enter data into HR databases and ensure data is accurate and consistent. Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding employment, company benefits or any other HR matter. Collaborate with the Finance team regarding billings for benefits and other HR-related costs. Perform other HR administrative tasks as needed. 2-3 years' administrative experience in Human Resources. ~ Bachelor's degree in related discipline Experience in benefits administration and compliance. Team player with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environment.
