VARIOUS ACCOUNTS PAYABLE & ACCOUNTING CLERK ROLES AVAILABLE!

Are you a quick learner and enjoy taking initiative of your work? In this position, you'll work closely with a team to keep the financial engine of a well-known organization ticking. You will have a chance to prove your mathematical prowess as an accounting professional. It's all about attention to detail in this role, so your duties are likely to range from various accounting duties including data entry, monthly reporting, expenditure verification, and maintenance of client information. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
* Full cycle AP and or AR
* Entering, matching and coding invoices
* Following up with vendors and customers to resolve any issues
* Establish and maintain files for accounts payable and general accounting
* Execute other related responsibilities as assigned

MUST HAVES:
* 2+ years' experience in an AP and/or AR capacity
* Skilled in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and accounting software
* Strong communication, organization and problems solving skills
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision
