A career as an Programmer analyst SAP ABAP in the command center team at National Bank consists of providing application support, investigating and solving complex problems, as well as participating in the improvement of associated work processes. • Participate in the implementation of application support for new solutions deployed in SAP.
• Master detailed functional specifications and associated tests.
• Analyze and understand issues raised by users.
• Investigate and resolve system issues.
• Be the referent in the support team on functional and technical aspects.
• Support colleagues in investigations and propose permanent fixes.
• Document known issues and be able to conduct appropriate searches in the bank of anomalies, problems and incidents.
• Participate in the coordination and prioritization of requests in support of responsible resources.
• Demonstrate versatility by participating in operational tasks of the team such as processing access requests or the major incident process.

As a member of the command center team, the team provides essential support to users in the financing value chain on innovative solutions developed on SAP CRM.

Prerequisite:

• Bachelor's degree or other industry-related degree and more than 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in ABAP development
• Development experience on SAP CRM 7.0 module
• Experience in SAP HANA development
• Knowledge of databases and SQL query language
• Mastery of object-oriented programming
• Knowledge of MVC Software Architecture Pattern

Languages:

Reason to require this language: you will need to serve clients who speak a language other than French regularly.
