We're Looking For:

We are seeking a Senior Email Marketing Specialist with experience in digital marketing and customer communication strategies. You will be part of the Marketing Operations team responsible for enhancing the impact and efficiency of email campaigns for OPENLANE and its service brands. You will be involved in managing email list segmentation, campaign execution, and performance analytics. In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise in Salesforce products, email best practices, and data-driven marketing to propel our mass communication strategies forward. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience in marketing with a strong background in email marketing platforms and analytics tools.

You Will:

  • Manage and optimize subscriber lists and email campaigns, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with company goals.

  • Develop and execute A/B and multivariate tests to enhance the effectiveness of email communications.

  • Analyze campaign performance data to make strategic recommendations that improve customer engagement and conversion rates.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to target and refine customer segments for tailored messaging.

  • Provide back-up support to other team members and participate in knowledge-sharing activities to foster a cooperative team environment.

Who You Will Work With:

Reporting to the Digital Media Manager, you will work closely with the Marketing Operations team and various service brand partners.

Regular interaction with internal stakeholders will be essential for coordinating and executing email marketing strategies effectively.

Must Have's:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.

  • 5-10 years of marketing experience, preferably in an email marketing role.

  • Proficiency with Salesforce products such as Marketing Cloud, and experience with AMPscript and SQL.

  • Strong background in segmentation, list management, and adherence to email best practices.

  • Experience in setting up and managing tracking, reporting, and performance monitoring systems.

Nice to Have's:

  • Experience with email service providers like Ortto and Sendgrid.

  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Domo.

  • Proficiency in project management software like Asana.

  • Experience using SMS/Push within marketing

Compensation Range of

Annual Salary: $63,000.00 - $85,000.00
