Adecco is seeking a dedicated full-time Procurement Analyst to join our client in the oil and natural gas sector, with office locations available in Calgary or Grande Prairie. This role involves facilitating the procurement process to ensure the efficient and cost-effective sourcing of materials through market exercises and negotiations. Primarily focused on supporting procurement needs within Maintenance, Operations, and auxiliary Site Service areas, this position offers an exciting opportunity for those looking to excel in the industry. Location: Calgary, AB OR Grande Prairie, AB | Hybrid | 4 days in office, 1 day remote Full-time | 1-year contract Shifts: Monday – Friday | 8 hours/ day Hires fast, pays weekly Vacation pay paid out on each weekly pay cheque Medical and dental benefits once qualified Free training programs Handle all procurement activities related to site requirements Provide consultations and recommendations to business stakeholders regarding purchasing policies, practices, procedures and objectives Recommend and select the appropriate procurement method to satisfy the business requirement varying in size, value and complexity Manage competitive procurement process from RFx development through evaluation, award, and close-out Develop and maintain supplier relationships that satisfy expectations of the procurement process Work toward reducing procurement costs, improving efficiency and monitoring compliance. Provide input into the development of procurement documents, RFx documents, corresponding evaluation documents, and maintenance of procurement policies and related business practices Post-secondary degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management is preferred Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a procurement environment, preferably within the Oil & Gas Industry Experience in SAP, CLM, and ARIBA is required SCMP designation is considered an asset Knowledge of Procure to Pay (P2P) lifecycle, performance metrics and reporting, and SCM processes Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Excellent communication skills, including working collaboratively with site leadership, business stakeholders, and suppliers Capable of working in a fast-paced work environment with dynamically shifting priorities and deadlines If you are great at paying attention to detail, don't miss out on this Procurement Analyst job in Calgary, AB.
