We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager, Order Fulfillment to join our dynamic team on a full-time permanent basis.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and oversee HE order fulfillment teams.
  • Work closely with HE Sales, Demand Planning and CPFR teams to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Review and Approve Good set Returns.
  • Resolve monthly chargebacks for Amazon and Walmart.
  • Training new employees on job duties and process.
  • Managing Order Maintenance e.g., Suffix changes, model substitutions, re-pricing orders, retiming.
  • Communication with Dealers, sales reps, and internal teams to ensure smooth flow of orders.
  • Managing and oversee Open Order Reports.
  • Customer Portal management and trouble shooting.
  • Setting up and Maintaining customer master and sales rep master.
  • Communicate and guide order support team to take appropriate actions on order maintenance for accounts as needed.
  • Responding to dealer and sales rep inquiries in timely manner.
  • Processing Orders- for Walmart and COSTCO and oversee Direct, Donation, Resale and Employee sales (EDI & Manual).
  • Credit and Rebill customers as communicated by AR department.
  • Approving and investigating claims emails for any past orders.
  • Managing orders for items going on IQC hold and maintaining reserves.
  • Assisting LG service team by releasing the product for service exchange orders.
  • Facilitating and overseeing container cross-dock, re-direct process to fill current back orders, system mapping, and coordinating with internal support team who's assisting on x-dock mapping tasks.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent organizational skills, with high attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain (preferred)
