Your responsibilities
  • Master data validation for Weekly & Bi-Weekly payrolls
  • Prepare Records of Employment
  • Investigate, analyze and resolve issues for employees, managers and external clients via Customer Service tickets
  • Assist with Year end validations
  • Assist with Project work
  • Payroll Reporting
Your background
  • French is required for this role. English is also required in this role as the individual will be respon-sible for handling customer service cases which requires both written and oral communication with employees in all provinces within Canada
  • Basic Payroll knowledge
  • Knowledge of SAP and WorkDay is an asset
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests in an efficient and timely manner as well as work with cross-functional teams
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with attention to detail
  • A proactive way of working to serve customers with a can-do attitude
