mdf commerce Inc . is an international team of approximately 650 experts who develop a broad set of SaaS solutions to optimize and accelerate commercial interactions of its B2B and B2G customers.

Working in the e-commerce sector, we are currently looking for a FullStack Developer Application Support to join our product development team at Orckestra . In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on various product areas including: enterprise cloud APIs, web e-commerce, single page web mobile applications, etc. You will work closely with the support team to identify, find and correct production anomalies for our various customers. You will collaborate with your team, mainly our technical managers, to share your solutions and check with them how to proceed with the delivery of your fixes.

What will your main responsibilities look like?

In this role, you will be led to:

• Be the main point of contact between the support and development teams;
• Identify, develop and test your patches to make them as durable as possible;
• Collaborate on all active projects and follow existing delivery processes;
• Ensure that production anomalies are handled and communicated within the expected timeframes.

What elements of your professional background will be necessary and useful in this role?

You will need to:

• Know the architecture and the modern design (FrontEnd and BackEnd) and be able to create good designs that you can turn into a powerful code;
• Know BackEnd programming with .Net and C# (Razor templates);
• Be comfortable with large data files and have experience with SQL Server and T-SQL;
• Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in software development;
• At least three (3) years of production support experience;
• Have experience with creating and using web services (our API is RESTful);
• Have experience with microservices and cloud software development (ideally on Microsoft Azure);
• Highly analytical, problem-solving skills, good communication skills, self-starter, ability to work with and manage strict deadlines.
