The Executive Administrative Assistant (Contract) is responsible for providing administrative support to the President of FCA Canada and the extended Canadian Senior Leadership team.

Duties include: managing calendar, meeting/travel scheduling, follow-up and tracking of assignments, expense reporting and general office management. The right candidate will also have the opportunity to participate or lead business projects that are outside the typical Executive Assistant duties.

The selected candidate must be able to work with all levels of management, demonstrate strong organizational collaboration, as well as have flexibility to support other team members and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum FIVE (5) years of executive administrative assistant experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of integrity, ability to deal with ambiguity, take initiative/self-directed
  • Proficient in Google, Office 365, and a variety of video conferencing applications
  • Highly organized and proactive with strong prioritization skills and detail-oriented
  • Ability to plan strategically
  • High degree of discretion and confidentiality
  • Confidence to work independently on projects in a fast-paced environment with changing timelines
  • Skilled problem-solver with the capability to determine solutions to unusual problems
  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship leadership skills to effectively collaborate with varying levels of the organization as needed
  • Ability to work outside normal business hours as needed
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
