Registered Nurses (RNs) and Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs)Type: Visiting NurseProgram: UHN Integrated Care ProgramStatus: Full Time or Part-Time roleRegion: Toronto CentralAbout the Program:The program serves clients across diverse specialty populations, necessitating the provision of intricate care and specialized nursing skills within the comfort of their homes. Specifically designed to cater to individuals discharged from UHN hospitals, nurses in the program deliver personalized nursing care tailored to the unique needs of each client.Currently, we are hiring for the Toronto Central region only. Nurses will operate in 8-hour shifts, incorporating bi-weekly weekend rotations. These skills encompass a range of clinical procedures, including but not limited to pneumostat care, atrium dry seal care, T-tube care, IV Lasix administration, and other specialized medical interventions. In addition, other comprehensive suites of services include wound care, intravenous (IV) therapy, administering injections, and the removal of PICC lines and chemo.
