Role: UI Web Developer
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
Duration: 6-12+ Months
Job Description
- Client is looking for Senior UI Developers to build end to end business solutions and to work with one of the leading financial services organization in the US and Canada. The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with domain experts and technical experts in the team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain UI screens using Angular 7 and above, React JS, HTML5/CSS3
- Proactively help refine and improve the team's development standards and processes.
- Communicate with team and other production personnel.
- Develop and test code, debug programs and integrate applications with third-party web services
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as UI Developer
- Expertise in UI framework such as Angular 7 and above, React JS
- Expertise in HTML5/CSS3
- Expertise in NPM, Type Script, Angular CLI, Java Script
- Strong unit test and debugging skills
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (like JavaScript and HTML5)
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, PostMan
- Strong familiarity with GIT / SVN and collaborative workflows (code review, standards, etc.)
- Comfortable with Continuous Integration and Deployment tools and procedures
- Experience working in an agile and international environment excellent time-management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and high level of motivation (self-starter)
- Ability and willingness to go the extra mile and support the overall team
- Analytical and problem-solving Skill
- Good interpersonal skills and willing to be a team player
- Provide overlap coverage with offshore/customer team
