This great career opportunity offers diversified project and client exposure. Lead the active account management for a number of our key US captive clients with the support of other Aon team members. Lead/manage a team of consultants and coach other colleagues involved as account manager or analyst on EB captive accounts Facilitate expertise building and personal development of the team members Develop and lead a Montreal based, Aon Americas hub around EB captive management T his role will provide international exposure, working with multinational clients and Aon teams across the world. The captive account manager will be responsible for the delivery of dedicated Aon Captive EB Services into its multinational client portfolio. Priority will be given to candidates with a minimum of 8+ years with of international or non-US benefits experience in an insurance firm or professional services firm. Knowledge and technical understanding of Employee Benefit programs and processes globally Relationship with EB networks is a strong plus Organize and coordinate resources effectively to meet project deadlines Bachelor's degree (mathematics, finance, economics, or other degrees where quantitative skills are required is preferred) Strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple projects in as fast-paced and time-sensitive environment Demonstrated interest in the global environment, other cultures and languages Plus, our agile, inclusive environment allows you to manage your wellbeing and work/life balance, ensuring you can be your best self at Aon.
