YOUR MISSION
As an IT Technician, you'll work on optimizing the information system and maintaining services. You'll be responsible for overseeing the ticketing system to deliver outstanding customer support. Additionally, you'll handle follow-ups and escalate issues to higher levels when required. Moreover, you'll be tasked with managing computer equipment during inter-departmental transitions.
YOUR TEAM
You'll become a part of the IT team, a closely bonded unit with diverse interests. Together, you will be responsible for addressing the IT needs of Moment Factory employees, whether it be for computer hardware, access, software, or technical support.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Act as a first and second-level support for users, both on-site and remotely ;
- Conduct thorough follow-ups on ongoing incidents and issues ;
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems for users ;
- Configure and optimize workstations with Mac OS X and Microsoft Windows operating systems ;
- Organize and maintain an inventory of IT equipment ;
- Prepare IT equipment for new employees ;
- Identify issues and propose hardware and software solutions to ensure the longevity of the IT infrastructure ;
- Participate in various technology advancement projects.
- College diploma (DEC) in computer systems management or equivalent ;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support ;
- Excellent knowledge of computer hardware (CPU, GPU, etc.) ;
- Very good understanding of MacOS and Windows operating systems as well as productivity software such as Google and Office ;
- Basic understanding of networking concepts ;
- Proficiency in both French and English, both orally and in writing (you will regularly communicate with English-speaking clients in this role) ;
- Experience with digital art software such as Adobe, Maxon, and Autodesk is an asset ;
- Basic knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell and Bash is an asset.

- The position requires office presence 4 days per week ;
