They deliver large, medium, and small projects in a variety of sectors, including Healthcare, Social Housing, First Nations, K-12, Post-Secondary Education, Institutional, and Commercial and are looking to add to their executive team.
Your new roleAs the Director of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day activities of thepany with a focus on Project Delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Planning: Collaborating with senior leadership to set operational goals and drive thepany's strategic vision.
- Efficiency Enhancement: Identifying areas for process improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Supervising and providing feedback to managers across various departments.
- Resource Allocation: Managing procurement processes, allocating resources, and ensuring optimal utilization.
- Customer Support: Overseeing customer support processes to enhance satisfaction.
- Financial Oversight: Reviewing financial data and adjusting budgets to promote profitability.
- Policy Formulation: Revising and formulating policies to align with organizational objectives.
- External Partnerships: Managing relationships with external partners and vendors.
Proven experience as a Director of Operations or in an equivalent position. 10 years of project management experience working with a General Contractor in Vancouver. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
What you'll get in returnAs the Director of Operations, you will be entitled to earn a competitive compensation package of $200K-$325K, plus RRSP, competitive benefits, vehicle/gas card + corporate phone, extended benefits, and 4 weeks of vacation.
