As a Supply Chain Specialist you will be a critical contributor to providing best in class customer service while coordinating the supply plan for our terminals. Your primary goal will be to manage product inventory by updating, monitoring and executing timely resupply plans, in collaboration with peer groups. Paid Vacation – Plus an annual option to purchase additional vacation. Coordinate supply plan for terminals with Demand planner, Traders and Marine Schedulers. Plan and execute regulatory transitions with accuracy and efficiency in mind. Proactively manage inventory taking a long term planning approach. Develop a keen understanding of your supply chain and liaise with appropriate stakeholders to maximize value and storage utilization to prevent disruptions. Drive continuous improvement by analyzing liftings, demands and conducting root cause analyses. Strong analytical skills to complete detailed data and statistical analyses and trending. Strong problem solving skills with the ability to consider both short and long term impacts. Good understanding of inventory management and /or capacity planning. Logistics, Supply Chain/Operations, business, economics, or an equivalent combination of training and experience). Minimum 3 years of progressive work experience in an Operations / Analyst / Coordinator role. Experience in supply chain/operations or demand planning management a definite asset.
