Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and creating a positive and enjoyable atmosphere in our establishment. If you have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and take their orders promptly
2. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
3. Maintain a clean and organized bar area
4. Check identification to ensure legal drinking age
5. Upsell additional drinks and menu items to increase revenue
6. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
7. Monitor alcohol consumption of customers and intervene as needed
8. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service
9. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bartender or in the food industry is preferred
• Strong knowledge of basic math for measuring ingredients and calculating bills
• Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety regulations
• Excellent cash handling skills
• Exceptional hospitality and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of POS systems for order processing
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy items when necessary
