This is an excellent and unique opportunity for a strong and versatile HR Generalist to join a leading architecture firm in London, UK - Shoreditch (Hybrid).

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

The Human Resources Manager will focus on all aspects of employee development including recruitment, retention and strategic planning for the company. The role will act in a generalist function and will have some administration elements in the function of the role. With a firm understanding of policy and procedure development this role will focus on creating a great culture and working environment for all employees.

With standardization and an understanding of how the architecture consultancy environment function, this role will lead the HR functions and work with the team across the country and globally to develop great employee practices that work with all levels of the team. This role will work with the Senior Executive team developing strategies and practices that help integrate employee growth and development and support the team as whole. The role itself has a lot of room to grow into more senior positions and is a great position for someone who is versatile, likes to be a part of every aspect of HR and is interested in the industry.

This candidate will have the following aspects;

  • Bachelor Degree in HR, Psychology or related discipline
  • CHRP designation an asset
  • 10+ year's experience in an HR Generalist, Administrator or Coordinator position
  • Experience working in the architecture, engineering or design industry an asset
  • Strong experience working with a team and developing HR policies, plans and procedures
  • Experience implementing and HRIS system an asset
  • Highly detailed and organized and experience completing projects from beginning to end
  • Strong experience with strategic HR practices, recruitment and retention methods
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
