Essential Duties / Responsibilities:

1. Troubleshoots and maintains plant equipment.
2. Provides project support and coordination.
3. Works with reliability team to improve equipment availability.
4. Maintains/troubleshoots PLC, computer software, hardware and variable speed drives, calibrates and maintains steam and water control valves.
5. Passes on information, experiences and knowledge to other maintenance employees.
6. Maintains safety standards of equipment and work area according to established procedures.
7. Required meeting participation.
8. Ensures work areas are kept clean, organized and tidy at all times.
9. Leads team with reliability and accountability.
10. Works in a cost-effective manner and maintains a high standard of quality and excellent workmanship.
11. Participates in ongoing training programs.
12. Responsible for trouble-free operation of all equipment on site.
13. All other assigned tasks or functions as designated by Maintenance Manager.

Mechanically Inclined – Required.
PLC Experience would be an asset.
Network Experience would be an asset.
Excel in troubleshooting.
Automation Experience.
Must be Certified Journeyman.

Hourly Rate:

$51.97
