Responsibilities and Requirement
- Facilitate meetings (daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective)
- Must be a Certified Scrum Master Certification (Valid & Current Certification)
- High on confidence and good articulation skills.
- Shielding the team - Conflict resolutions
- Coaching Agile practices
- Tight grip on Agile Estimating and planning, Forecasting.
- Removing impediments
- Creating a communication channel (team, Product owner, stakeholder)
- Enforcing Rules
- Strong Salesforce Deliver Lead/Manager
- understanding of SDLC processes & delivery timelines
- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Monitor budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Removing barriers between stakeholders and Scrum Teams.
