Your daily life :

• Take calls and handle requests
• Prepare submissions
• Ensure good communication between departments and clients
• Manage customer order tracking
• Provide after-sales service support, when required
• Manage the transactional process from the order to the credit note when required
• Create parts in the system and manage returns

Job requirement :

• Technical knowledge (heavy trucks, construction equipment or automobiles)
• Mastery of the Office suite
• Experience in purchasing and/or parts
• Knowledge of procurement and inventory management, an asset
• Knowledge of Spanish, an asset

* Bilingualism is required because the employee will have to communicate with unilingual English-speaking clients.

Conditions :

• Daytime working schedule : from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Hourly rate based on experience
