Your daily life :- Take calls and handle requests
- Prepare submissions
- Ensure good communication between departments and clients
- Manage customer order tracking
- Provide after-sales service support, when required
- Manage the transactional process from the order to the credit note when required
- Create parts in the system and manage returns
- Technical knowledge (heavy trucks, construction equipment or automobiles)
- Mastery of the Office suite
- Experience in purchasing and/or parts
- Knowledge of procurement and inventory management, an asset
- Knowledge of Spanish, an asset
* Bilingualism is required because the employee will have to communicate with unilingual English-speaking clients.
Required profile :- Ability to manage multiple files
- Ease of adaptation (thirst for knowledge, open-mindedness)
- Good ability to communicate and interact with customers
- Versatility and proactivity
- The ability to work in a team
- Good stress management
- Daytime working schedule : from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
