Vacancy - Customer Service Advisor - plumbing products
Location - near Sutton, Surrey
Working hours - Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm (core hours)
Salary - up to £28,000 per annum + commission
, fun, dynamic company with cool offices based near Sutton, Surrey are looking for hard working individuals with an excellent telephone manner.
Simply put, our client is a business that works as a virtual office for plumbers and electricians.
They give smaller independent electricians and plumbers their lives back by looking after their emails, quotes, telephone enquiries, materials purchasing and diary management.
Your role will involve booking appointments for plumbers and electricians, booking jobs and dealing with any overflow calls to the Customer Account Managers.
There is no sales, only customer service calls and administration - working alongside the Account Managers in a small, vibrant and lively office environment.
This business has grown organically over the last 3 years with no advertising or marketing so far.
The director's vision sees the business growing steadily over the next 5 years.
He is now looking for new people to be part of that growth with the possible opportunity to progress onto an Account Manager role.
