What you will do.

Your role as the Procurement Specialist will have you managing procurement activities and optimizing operational efficiency. You will be working closely with the suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials, implementing inventory control measures, and supporting innovation initiatives to drive continuous improvement in operations.

Responsibilities:

Procurement Management:

- Foster strong relationships with the suppliers to drive mutual success.

- Monitor supplier performance KPIs such as OTD, Quality Performance, Inventory Management, and Compliance and Risk Management;

Operation Support:

- Provide administrative support in collecting and managing data related to procurement, innovation initiatives and operational performances metrics.

- Collaborate with cross-functional team, including production and logistics to streamline process, resolve operational issues, and drive continuous improvement.

- Support projects by collecting relevant data, coordinating activities, and tracking progress.

Inventory Control:

- Implement inventory control measures for packaging categories.

- Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and optimize reorder points to ensure adequate supply while minimizing excess inventory and related costs;

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

- 3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or operations, preferably in a CPG environment.

- Experience with an Oracle NetSuite ERP system is preferred.
