Greenlight Innovation Corporation is the industry leader in fuel cell testing equipment. We are working closely with our customers to enable the research, development, and commercialization of hydrogen fuel cell and electrolyzer technology. We are growing and hiring a Senior Logistics Specialist to prepare finished products, manage, coordinate, and track shipping.

Responsibilities include:

1. Manage outbound, inbound and drop shipments, ensuring timely and efficient movement of goods.
2. Collaborate and communicate with internal stakeholders to assure shipment readiness before pickup date.
3. Prepare all requested international shipping documents complying with the regulations of the country of origin and destination.
4. Manage the loading of oversized shipments.
5. Handle critical loads using material handling equipment in narrow aisles.
6. Handle hazardous goods like pressurized gas cylinders.
7. Communicate effectively with customers and vendors to provide shipment updates and address inquiries.
8. Maintain and update shipment tracking log.
9. Prepare comprehensive bids for logistics service providers, evaluating costs and negotiating favorable terms.
10. Monitor and analyze transportation costs, recommending cost-saving strategies without compromising service quality.
11. Other duties as required.

Skills and Experience:

Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field. 5+ years of proven experience as a Logistics Specialist or in a similar role. Strong understanding of logistics processes, transportation modes, and supply chain management. Knowledge of relevant international regulations and compliance standards. Experience with ERP software, such as SAP or Sage. APICS CLTD or other logistics certification/diploma. Forklift certification. Able to lift 40 lbs., experience with power tools and packaging equipment. Computer skills including databases and spreadsheets. Familiarity with mechanical and electrical parts.
