The Logistic Operation Manager will play a crucial role incoordinating and overseeing the movement of freight across varioustransportation methods, including air, ocean, and ground. You will act as thekey point of contact between exporters, importers, customs brokers, andshipping carriers, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations to ensure clientsatisfaction and profitability.
• Develop and implement business plans for growthin target markets.
• Foster relationships with carriers, negotiaterates, and maintain partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies,regulations, and quality standards.
• Provide technical assistance and communicatechanges in policies and goals.
• Supervise and develop a team, including hiring,coaching, and training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams tooptimize productivity.

Essential Qualifications

• Extensive experience in aviation and gatewayoperations.
• Minimum of 2 years successfully managing andleading teams of leaders.
• Demonstrated strong strategic thinking skills inoperational management.
• Proven ability to foster collaboration andcreate a harmonious team environment.
• Strong project management experience,demonstrating the ability to successfully plan and execute projects.
