The D365 F&O Finance Lead will be the technical liaison between IT and Finance. The Finance Lead will analyze business requirements and translate the requirements into design documents and programming instructions for developers. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Analysis of Finance business requirements Design of ERP changes required to meet business requirements Evaluate alternative technical solutions (including AI) to integrate with the ERP Prepare design documentation and development instructions Collaborate with business leaders Test developments REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES Deep working knowledge of D365 F&O finance modules Detail oriented Excellent problem-solving skills Able to work on multiple projects Strong communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced project environment Able to travel internationally (if required) EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Computer Science or a related discipline. Emphasis on Accounting is preferred. Minimum of 8 years experience with ERP implementations with a finance focus At least one successful ERP implementation as a D365 F&O Finance Lead #J-18808-Ljbffr
