Job Description

We are seeking a Billing Clerk for a 4 6 week contract opportunity with the possibility of extension with our client located in Dartmouth, NS. If you have experience in a similar billing or payment processing role with immediate availability and an adaptable work ethic, wed love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities for the Job:

  • Process all walk-in cash and debit payments
  • Process and prepare bank deposits
  • Financial data entry of payment details
  • Receiving incoming phone calls in regards to invoice payments
  • Provide reception coverage as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills & Attributes for Success:

  • Post-secondary education in a related field
  • 1+ years of hands-on billing, processing experience
  • Immediate availability and willingness to commit to the entire duration of the contract
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software with the ability to learn other programs efficiently
  • Positive and personable demeanour with professional communication skills
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Superb organizational skills and attention to detail
