Responsibilities
- Complete the requirements gathering lifecycle, ensuring critical information is documented accurately.
- Create and execute UAT plans and perform regression testing to ensure system reliability.
- Document data flows, mappings, and perform data lineage analysis, focusing on accounting-related regulatory reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and evaluate their data requirements, ensuring timely delivery.
- Assist in creating various project-related documents including Business Requirement Document, Detailed Design Document, and Functional Design Document.
- Comply with SDLC and project management methodology, participating in scope assessment and risk analysis.
- Lead issue resolution activities and support in creating, managing, and updating regular and ad hoc reports for management.
- Facilitate and lead meetings for project-related activities, including data collection and mapping.
- Perform other duties within the Finance department as required.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking/financial industry, with expertise in Accounting/Finance.
- Proven ability to lead transitioning services to Cloud Services and other infrastructure/software deployment initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with audiences across different levels and departments.
- Demonstrated analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a matrix environment within local, regional, and global scales.
- Experience handling large-scale projects and day-to-day operational requests.
- Strong project management skills, multitasking ability, and relationship-building skills.
- Initiative-taking mindset, capable of working independently under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Visio, Word, and Excel.
