What you will do...

  • Coordinate learning and development initiatives (from Health and Safety to Leadership development) utilizing current methods, eventually leveraging adapted technology.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the internal mentorship program, from onboarding new mentors, to following up with program participants, and tracking program effectiveness.
  • Provide logistical, technological, and administrative support for training offerings and tools.
  • Prepare registrations of training cohorts/employee segments into appropriate training paths or learning journeys.
  • Track certifications, renewals, and other key milestones within the learning paths.
  • Play a key role in the selection and implementation of the LMS, as system administrator.
  • Support efforts to repackage all existing e-learning content into bite-sized pieces, organizing the content efficiently.
  • Guide HRBPs and managers in identifying the best-suited learning opportunities based on needs and skills to develop.
  • Assess and implement opportunities to systematize or automate onboarding and integration practices using adapted technology.
  • Bring forward recommendations for innovative learning paths that include various on-the-job learning experiences, beyond e-learnings.

Your profile...

  • 5+ years in a coordinator role (in an HR function ideally or any other relevant domain).
  • Experience with the administration of learning management systems, report generation, training tracking methodologies.
  • Mastery of the MS Office suite.
  • Concrete experience working with Articulate 360.
  • Rigorous attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal communication (in French and English, written and spoken).

  • Experience working with various types of Learning Management System, Training Management System or Learning Content Management System.
