All-Equip Repair and Service Ltd. has been in business since 2011. We have been expanding and growing significantly every year. We are now doing repairs and maintenance on heavy trucks and trailers, restorative and refurbishing work. Our latest expansion includes designing and manufacturing of our own brand Platinum Trailers.
About the Job:
All-Equip Repair and Service Ltd. is looking for an organized individual with some experience and knowledge of Heavy Truck / Manufacturing parts.

• The job will include all aspects of inventory; ordering parts, verifying receipt of parts, checking on back orders, keeping accurate inventory count.
• You will work closely with Shop Manager to keep parts, work orders and customer information accurate.
• You will also work closely with technicians to make sure parts are added to work orders.
• The successful applicant will be responsible for keeping inventory organized and clean, reporting to shop manager and owner.

Duties will include:

• Determining what parts need to be ordered.
• Determining what supplier to use.
• Tracking orders and backorders.
• Receiving parts, labeling and storage.
• Keeping minimum stock levels.
• Must maintain clean and organized work environment.
• Recording and helping technicians record parts on work orders.
• Preparing reports for shop manager.
• Other responsibilities as required.

Qualifications Required:

• Experience working in the heavy truck / manufacturing industry.
• Computer literate.
• Knowledge of parts, types, sizing - metric and imperial.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have safety boots.
• Must be safety conscious.
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
• Organized.

Language:

• English.
• Spanish. (would be an asset)
